This axle is heat-treated, tempered, and induction hardened, resulting in a product that is significantly stronger than stock axles, with an increase of up to 35 to 40 percent in strength. Utilizing advanced splining technology, the splines are designed to be more robust than traditional cut splines, ensuring reliability under demanding conditions.
Precision CNC machining and magnaflux inspection are employed to guarantee the integrity of the axle, identifying any potential cracks before the final product is finished with a sleek black anodized coating.
