The Alloy USA Axle Shaft is engineered for high performance in demanding conditions. Constructed from high tensile strength 4340 Chromoly, this axle is heat-treated, tempered, and induction hardened, resulting in a product that is significantly stronger than stock axles, boasting a strength increase of up to 35 to 40 percent. The latest splining technology is utilized to create splines that surpass traditional cut splines in strength and reliability.
Precision CNC machining ensures that each axle shaft meets stringent quality standards, while magnaflux inspection is performed to detect any potential cracks, ensuring the integrity of the product. The axle features a length of 23.250 inches and a 29 spline count, making it suitable for AMC 20 Narrow Track applications. The black anodized finish not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also provides additional protection against corrosion and wear.
