AFE Power's differential cover is designed to provide superior protection and performance for your truck's front-end. Constructed from durable die-cast A380 aluminum, this cover features reinforced ribs that enhance its strength and longevity. With a lube capacity of approximately 3-1/2 quarts, it significantly exceeds the factory cover's capacity of 2-1/2 quarts, ensuring optimal lubrication for your axle.

The design includes built-in external fins that effectively transfer heat from the fluid to the outside air, promoting maximum cooling during operation. Additionally, the cover is equipped with a neodymium magnetic drain plug that captures loose particles, providing enhanced protection for your gear. A 1/8 inch NPT calibration plug is also included, allowing for easier and quicker filling to the factory fluid level.

This differential cover is compatible with the AAM 9.25 inch axle and includes necessary components such as drain and filler plugs, ensuring a complete installation. The raw finish adds a rugged aesthetic while maintaining the structural integrity of the aluminum material.
