The aFe CONTROL Featherlight Single Adjustable Coilover System is engineered specifically for the BMW F30 Series with Non-EDC suspension. This system allows for both ride height and damping adjustments, providing the flexibility to fine-tune your vehicle's stance and ride quality. Constructed from lightweight yet durable 6061-T6 aluminum, these coilovers are hard anodized for enhanced strength and longevity, ensuring reliable performance on both the track and the street.
Featuring a mono-tube design with a floating piston, the coilovers separate oil and nitrogen gas, which contributes to predictable handling and a consistent driving experience. The front coilovers utilize an inverted mono tube design, placing the damping adjuster at the bottom for easy access. With 36mm hard chromed strut shafts, they are capable of handling high braking and cornering loads, resulting in reduced bind and smoother operation.
The rear shocks also employ CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum components, including ride height adjusters that maintain the factory spring location for quiet operation. The innovative CIRC system in the rear shocks increases gas volume significantly, ensuring consistent performance across various temperatures and driving conditions. With 24 distinct settings for both compression and rebound, drivers can easily adjust their setup to suit a wide range of driving scenarios.
