The AEM Electronics Water Injection System is designed to improve the performance and efficiency of gasoline engines. This system features a 15-gallon reservoir and a 200 PSI injection pump, ensuring optimal water/methanol delivery for enhanced cooling and power. The progressive controller allows for precise control of the injection process, while the Boost Safe System provides an additional layer of protection for your engine. With high amperage pump driver and error protection output, this system is built for reliability and performance.
The water injection system includes a heavy-duty high-pressure injection pump with integral fittings, a Santoprene diaphragm, and EPDM seals to resist corrosion. The precision-machined billet-aluminum injector is equipped with an integral check valve and comes with three interchangeable nozzles to accommodate a wide range of horsepower levels. The 1.15-gallon tank features an anti-starvation reservoir, a low-fluid sensor, and a positive lock connector for secure operation.
Installation is straightforward, as the system can be used with virtually any water/methanol setup using 1/4 inch outer diameter tubing. The included LED dash light provides real-time system status and low fluid warnings, ensuring that users are always informed about the system's operation. The innovative injector design allows for faster cooling with less fluid consumption, making it an efficient choice for performance enthusiasts.
