The Advanced FLOW Engineering Fuel Lift Pump is designed for diesel applications, providing a consistent flow rate of 3 gallons per minute. This pump operates efficiently at a pressure range of 8 to 10 PSI, ensuring optimal fuel delivery for various diesel engines. Constructed with a billet 6061-T6 aluminum manifold, it eliminates porosity concerns associated with cast aluminum, enhancing durability and performance.
The pump features contoured CNC machining of manifold passages, which improves flow and reduces pressure drop due to flow restrictions. Its marine-grade motor is designed to withstand dust intrusion and powerful water jets, making it suitable for demanding environments. Additionally, the helical bronze spur gears are more forgiving of contaminants compared to steel gears, and they operate more quietly than traditional straight cut gears.
Equipped with O.E quality Viton seals, this pump is compatible with both diesel and biodiesel fuels. The plug and play installation allows for easy setup, as the supplied harness connects directly to the battery using Deutsch weather-proof connectors, eliminating the need for cutting or modifying stock fuel lines. This ensures a hassle-free installation process while maintaining the integrity of the vehicle's fuel system.
