The Advanced FLOW Engineering Fuel Lift Pump is engineered for full-time operation, providing a flow rate of 2 gallons per minute and a pressure rating of 8 to 10 PSI. This pump features a clear high-impact polycarbonate sight glass that allows for easy visual inspection of fuel, ensuring optimal performance and safety. The helical spur gear design operates more quietly than traditional straight cut gears, enhancing user experience while reducing noise levels.
Constructed with a billet 6061-T6 aluminum manifold, this pump eliminates porosity concerns associated with cast aluminum, ensuring durability and reliability. The 'Marine Grade' motor is designed to withstand dust intrusion and powerful water jets, making it suitable for various environments. Additionally, the pump is equipped with PEEK bearing surfaces that minimize wear and noise, contributing to its longevity.
Installation is straightforward, requiring no cutting or modifications to the stock fuel lines, allowing for easy reversion to stock configurations. The included heavy-duty bracket mounts securely to the frame using existing holes, and a 1/8 inch NPT port is available for attaching an external pressure gauge to monitor fuel pressure. With OE quality Viton seals, this pump is built to perform under demanding conditions.
