The Advanced FLOW Engineering Fuel Lift Pump is designed for diesel applications, providing a flow rate of 2 gallons per minute and operating at a pressure range of 8 to 10 PSI. This pump features a clear high-impact polycarbonate sight glass that allows for easy visual inspection of fuel, ensuring optimal performance and safety. The helical spur gear design operates more quietly than traditional straight cut gears, enhancing user experience while reducing noise levels.
Constructed with a billet 6061-T6 aluminum manifold, this pump eliminates porosity concerns associated with cast aluminum, ensuring durability and reliability. The 'Marine Grade' motor is specifically designed to protect against dust intrusion and powerful water jets, making it suitable for various environments. The pump can be powered by the vehicle's ignition and can run in parallel with the stock fuel transfer pump, allowing for easy installation without the need for cutting or modifying stock fuel lines.
Additional features include PEEK bearing surfaces that reduce wear and noise, as well as contoured CNC machining of manifold passages that enhances flow and minimizes pressure drop. A 1/8 inch NPT port is included for attaching an external pressure gauge, allowing users to monitor fuel pressure effectively. The pump also comes with a mounting kit for straightforward installation.
