The Advanced FLOW Engineering Fuel Lift Pump is engineered for diesel applications, providing a flow rate of 2 gallons per minute and operating at a pressure range of 18 to 20 PSI. This pump features a clear high-impact polycarbonate sight glass that allows for easy visual inspection of fuel, ensuring optimal performance and safety. The helical spur gear design operates more quietly than traditional straight cut gears, enhancing user experience while reducing noise levels.
Constructed with a billet 6061-T6 aluminum manifold, this pump eliminates porosity concerns associated with cast aluminum, ensuring durability and reliability. The marine grade motor is designed to withstand dust intrusion and powerful water jets, making it suitable for various environments. The DFS780 is designed for full-time operation and can be run in parallel with the stock fuel transfer pump without requiring modifications to existing fuel lines, allowing for easy reversion to stock configuration.
Additional features include PEEK bearing surfaces that minimize wear and noise, and contoured CNC machining of manifold passages that enhances flow and reduces pressure drop. The pump also includes a 1/8 inch NPT port for attaching an external pressure gauge, providing users with the ability to monitor fuel pressure effectively. With OE quality Viton seals and a heavy-duty bracket for secure mounting, this fuel lift pump is a robust solution for diesel fuel delivery.
