The Advanced FLOW Engineering Fuel Lift Pump is designed for full-time operation, delivering a flow rate of 2 gallons per minute and maintaining a pressure range of 12 to 18 PSI. This pump supplements the factory pump and can operate independently or in parallel, ensuring consistent fuel delivery for diesel engines. Constructed with a billet 6061-T6 aluminum manifold, it eliminates porosity concerns associated with cast aluminum, enhancing reliability and performance.
Featuring helical bronze spur gears, this pump operates more quietly than traditional straight cut gears, making it suitable for various applications. The marine-grade motor is protected against dust and powerful water jets, ensuring longevity in harsh environments. The pump also includes a clear high-impact polycarbonate sight glass for visual inspection of fuel, allowing users to monitor performance easily.
The contoured CNC machining of the manifold passages enhances flow, reducing pressure drop due to flow restrictions. Additionally, the heavy-duty bracket mounts securely to the frame using existing holes, simplifying installation. An integrated 1/8 inch NPT port allows for the attachment of an external pressure gauge, providing users with the ability to monitor fuel pressure effectively. O.E quality Viton seals ensure compatibility with both diesel and biodiesel fuels, making this pump a versatile choice for various fuel systems.
