The Advanced FLOW Engineering Differential Cover is designed for AAM 11.5, 11.8, and 12 inch rear axles, providing superior performance through increased oil capacity. Constructed from durable cast aluminum and finished with a black powder coat, this cover features machined fins that enhance heat transfer, ensuring optimal cooling during operation. The design includes a magnetic drain plug and a deep reach fill plug, which work together to capture loose particles, thereby maximizing protection for the differential components.
Additionally, the cover is equipped with a calibration plug set to the factory oil level, preventing overfilling and ensuring proper lubrication. A pre-installed oil level sight glass allows for quick and easy inspection of the oil level, facilitating maintenance and monitoring. This differential cover is engineered to meet the demands of high-performance applications while maintaining reliability and efficiency.
