The Advanced FLOW Engineering Cold Air Intake is engineered to significantly improve engine performance by enhancing airflow. This system features a long 29-inch cylindrical air filter that is strategically mounted behind the center grille, allowing for maximum air intake during high boost conditions. Additionally, two smaller conical filters are positioned outside the grille, optimizing airflow early and ensuring consistent air supply across the entire power band.
Constructed with a constant 3-inch diameter mandrel-bent aluminum intake tube, this cold air intake system is designed for improved volumetric efficiency. The black powder-coated finish not only provides durability but also enhances the aesthetic appeal of the engine bay. Installation is straightforward, as all necessary clamps, couplings, and hardware are included, allowing for a direct bolt-on fit without the need for cutting or drilling.
This intake system outflows the factory intake by 24 percent, thanks to its Pro 5R pre-oiled, washable, and reusable air filter. The unique dual flange filter design ensures a perfect fit into the OE bumper core support, maximizing airflow. Flow-tested and dyno-tested, this system requires no additional tuning to achieve performance gains, making it a reliable choice for street use.
