The Advanced FLOW Engineering Cold Air Intake is designed to significantly enhance engine performance by increasing horsepower and torque. This Stage 2 sealed intake system outflows the factory intake by 56 percent, providing a substantial boost in airflow. It features a washable and reusable conical air filter made from 100 percent polyurethane, ensuring durability and longevity through multiple cleaning cycles. The innovative design includes two auxiliary air inlet ducts that facilitate increased airflow, contributing to improved throttle response and overall engine efficiency.
The intake system is complemented by a vacuum formed ABS plastic cover with a carbon fiber finish, which not only enhances the aesthetic appeal of the engine bay but also allows for easy access to the air filter for maintenance. The molded plastic intake tube is dyno-tuned and equipped with a velocity stack adapter, optimizing air flow and volumetric efficiency for maximum intake velocity. This sophisticated 2-piece sealed intake system effectively keeps warm underhood air out while drawing in cooler outside air, resulting in a denser air intake charge for improved engine performance.
