The Advanced FLOW Engineering Cold Air Intake is designed to optimize engine performance by providing a significant increase in airflow. This system features a one-piece sealed housing that eliminates the need for multiple components, ensuring the coolest air intake charge possible. The roto-molded housing is constructed from black cross-linked polyethylene, which mounts directly into the factory headlamp cold air inlet location, capturing the coolest air available from the factory intake tract.
This cold air intake system delivers impressive performance gains, with up to 27 horsepower and 24 pound-foot torque improvements. It outflows the factory intake by 19 percent, making it a highly efficient upgrade for performance enthusiasts. The built-in sight window allows for easy inspection of the filter without the need for disassembly, enhancing convenience during maintenance.
The Pro 5R air filter is pre-oiled, washable, and reusable, constructed with five layers of progressively finer mesh cotton gauze and a 100 percent polyurethane frame for durability and longevity. Premium stainless steel T-bolt clamps and a silicone hump coupler ensure a secure installation, while the high-quality plastic intake tube is CAD designed and dyno-tuned to achieve maximum power gains without cutting or drilling on factory parts.
