The Advanced FLOW Engineering Cold Air Intake system is designed to significantly improve engine performance by optimizing airflow. Featuring a one-piece sealed housing, this intake system simplifies installation while ensuring a secure fit. The roto-molded black cross-linked polyethylene housing is engineered to mount directly into the factory location, capturing the coolest air available from the intake tract.
This system outflows the factory intake by 25 percent, thanks to its large 5-layer Pro 5R performance air filter. The filter is constructed with progressively finer mesh cotton gauze and a durable polyurethane frame, ensuring long-lasting performance and filtration. Additionally, the filter is washable and reusable, allowing for multiple cleaning cycles without the need for replacement.
The flow-optimized intake tube is crafted from high-quality plastic and is CAD designed and dyno-tuned to achieve maximum power gains. A unique patent pending filter-to-housing interface facilitates easy installation, while a billet aluminum fitting ensures a perfect connection with the factory vacuum line. This cold air intake system requires no tuning, making it a straightforward enhancement for performance enthusiasts.
