The Advanced FLOW Engineering Cold Air Intake is engineered to optimize airflow and enhance engine performance. Featuring dual 4-inch flange 360-degree radial flow air filters, this system utilizes pre-oiled Pro 5R media with five layers of progressively finer cotton gauze, ensuring maximum air intake and power gains. The inverted tops of the filters increase surface area, allowing for longer service intervals and improved filtration efficiency.
This intake system is designed with an open-element XLPE polymer housing that minimizes warm engine air, ensuring that the engine receives the coolest air possible. The housing is precisely manufactured to fit into the factory mounting location, connecting seamlessly to the factory air inlets. This design not only enhances performance but also maintains a factory-like installation with all necessary harnesses and mounts transferred to the aFe POWER housing.
The Advanced FLOW Engineering Cold Air Intake is suitable for both street and track use, providing dyno-proven gains of up to 12 horsepower and 10 pound-feet of torque. The system outflows the factory intake by 15 percent, thanks to its dyno-tuned intake tube and premium silicone couplings. With a focus on durability and strength, the system includes high-quality stainless-steel clamps and flexible silicone couplings for a secure installation.
