The Advanced FLOW Engineering Cold Air Intake is engineered to optimize engine performance through improved airflow and filtration. This system features a 360-degree radial flow air filter with a 5-inch flange, utilizing the Pro DRY S media, which consists of three layers of synthetic material. This design ensures high filtration efficiency and dust holding capacity without the need for oil, making it suitable for street and light off-road applications.
Constructed with an injection molded base and top, the intake system is lightweight yet rigid, ensuring durability. The sealed housing boasts a unique five rib industrial-grade appearance, reflecting the quality associated with AFe products. The dyno-tuned intake tube is CAD designed and roto molded from cross-linked polyethylene, providing optimal airflow while resisting heat soak.
The washable and reusable Pro DRY S air filter adds convenience, allowing for easy maintenance. Additionally, the silicone bellows coupling absorbs excessive engine movement, enhancing flexibility and performance. Designed with fewer parts, the Quantum intake system facilitates a quick and straightforward installation process.
