The Advanced FLOW Engineering Cold Air Intake is designed to optimize engine performance by providing a significant increase in airflow. Featuring a 5-3/4 inch tall 360 degree radial flow air filter with a 5-1/2 inch flange, this system utilizes pre-oiled Pro 5R media composed of five layers of progressively finer cotton gauze. This design ensures maximum performance and power gains, making it suitable for both street and track applications.
The intake system includes a high-quality, computer-designed, dyno-tuned intake tube crafted from durable XLPE material, which is heat soak resistant. This ensures that the intake maintains a perfect fit while maximizing power gains. The system is engineered for easy installation, utilizing factory mounting locations and requiring no cutting or drilling of factory parts.
Included in the kit are premium stainless-steel clamps and a silicone coupling, providing strength and flexibility. The washable and reusable Pro DRY S air filter adds convenience, allowing for longer service intervals. Additionally, the powder-coated one-piece heat shield mounts to the lower half of the factory airbox, enhancing the overall efficiency of the intake system.
