This system features a 7.5-inch tall 360-degree radial flow air filter with a 6-inch by 4-inch flange, utilizing a pre-oiled Pro 5R media that consists of five layers of progressively finer cotton gauze. This design allows for maximum airflow, which typically results in the highest power gains compared to other filter media options. The inverted top design increases filter surface area, extending service intervals and ensuring optimal performance for both street and track applications.
Constructed from heat-resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), the smooth one-piece sealed housing minimizes the number of components, facilitating a straightforward installation process. The innovative filter-to-housing interface accommodates the largest air filter possible, while a clear sight window allows for easy inspection of the filter without disassembly. The system connects seamlessly to the factory air inlet, requiring no additional hardware, and includes an auxiliary air inlet that can be utilized for additional airflow or sealed with a provided plug.
