The Advanced FLOW Engineering Cold Air Intake system is engineered to optimize airflow and enhance engine performance. Featuring a unique filter-to-housing interface, this system accommodates a large 9-inch tall 360-degree radial flow air filter, designed with a 5-3/4 inch flange and oil-free Pro DRY S media. This three-layer synthetic filter media ensures high filtration efficiency and dust holding capacity, making it suitable for street use without the need for oils. The inverted top design increases filter surface area, allowing for longer service intervals and reinforced metal construction to prevent filter collapse.
The intake system includes a smooth one-piece sealed housing made from heat-resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), which minimizes the number of parts for easier installation. A large clear sight window allows for convenient filter inspection without disassembly, while factory air scoop inlets and an optional auxiliary air inlet enhance airflow without additional hardware. The high-quality, computer-designed intake tube is dyno-tuned for maximum power gains and is constructed from durable, heat-soak resistant XLPE material. Stainless-steel T-bolt clamps and a silicone coupling ensure a secure and durable seal, making this system a reliable choice for performance enthusiasts.
