Install of the awning went smooth considering Fiamma's Ikea like instructions. Upon opening the awning for the first time after the install was complete however, I broke a small plastic clip that secures one of the support legs in place. In retrospect it was likely user error of me not being familiar with how to properly deploy the legs. Either way Sprinter Parts Depot was quick to respond and was able to get the replacement part overnighted to me direct from Fiamma so I was only out of an awning for a few days. We're super stoked on the service provided and the product and look forward to using it on our next outing. Cheers!
