Great
It was a lot better than the last company I dealt with.

Sprinter Grill Guard
Not quite as sturdy as I thought it would be. And, Since this item is supposed to fit several models, I expected to find extra parts and instructions that don’t apply, but the instructions weren’t even close to what I needed. The main mounting brackets supplied in the package were correct for my van but did not match the instructions. So I tossed the instructions and used common sense to mount everything. Therefore, alignment and installation took longer than it should have. And I have a double handful of nuts that weren’t needed. Once everything was tightened up it looked pretty good, but I think anything more than moderate pressure on the grill guard will shear the mounting bolts and force some of the brackets into the radiator support. The one good thing is it does not block any grill openings so airflow is not obstructed. The material, construction, and finish are very good. Time will tell how long it will last.
Great product, needs update to instructions for 2017+
Just installed on my 2018 4x4 - loving everything about it. The only issue is that the installation instructions were published a few years ago, and the current product bolts to the frame in a different location. My suggestion: just get under there and hold the bracket up until it fits almost flush with the plastic part of the bumper. There is a factory bolt on the inside, vertical surface of the frame right in the correct spot to attach the under-mount bracket that has to be removed to attach the bracket. It has plenty of extra length/thread to add the bracket. There is also a secondary spot where a hole is punched in the bracket, but no hole in the frame piece. I planned on drilling it out, but at the end of the process the whole thing was rock solid and it didn’t seem necessary. I may still add the secondary bolt, but it seems superfluous given how solid it is already. Secondary but related suggestion: the parts list in the instructions do not match the parts that were provided. It makes sense why, but it is helpful to organize/assemble the bolts/washers/lock washers/nuts before you even try to install anything. All-in-all, still 5-stars...this thing fits like a glove (about 1/4” space between each headlight and the guard; fits much closer and tighter than some of the pictures show). I am having to invent a way to mount my auxiliary lights at the proper angle, since the pre-fab mounting spots are tilted a bit upward. It’ll just take a small spacer so the fog lamps can articulate low enough not to cause problems. I am dealing with Hella 500 Black Magic driving lamps for now...great value, but mounting requires some finagling. If you made it through this whole review, congratulations! Good luck and good vibes
Hip's Sprinter 3500
I recently purchased a heavy duty front grille guard for my 2017 Forester River Forester Class C RV on a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500 chassis. I wanted a distinctive look that separates my RV from others and this front grille guard for the answer. It looks badass and gives my RV that "off road" feel. In addition to the grille, I had fog lamps installed and the grille guard comes with pre-drill holes just for that. Great purchase!
Great lookin’, but interferes w/ Parktronic
I bought the item because it says “no drill” and because it looks great. The item instructions do actually require drilling, but it’s only two very carefully placed holes underneath the the front of the Sprinter. My only real gripe is that the front bumper sensors on my 2015 FL Sprinter are now always activated when ever I slow to 5 mph or whenever I come to a stop, unless I push the dash button to deactivate Parktronic bumper sensors all together.
Very nice product!
The grill guard was well made and as advertised. The instructions were easy to follow and installation was completed in around 2 hours. Thank you for your professionalism and selling a product Made in America.
