Topper Galvanized Roof Mount Sprinter Ladder Rack
This is the only Sprinter ladder rack that is hot dip galvanized for a rust free abrasive resistant finish on every part, weld and inch of the rack. And this rack doesn’t end with the finish. Each Topper rack includes completely welded side trusses made from 1-1∕4" and 3∕4" 14 ga steel tubing and solid 1∕4" steel rod. Cross supports are 1-1∕4" 13 ga round tube. This is the strongest roof rack on the market and is made to last a lifetime.
Choose from durable natural galvanized or powder coat white or black finish.
Please note that the powder coating is applied over the hot dipped galvanized finish. Hot-dipped galvanizing is not a “perfect” process and adding powder coating will accentuate any of those small imperfections. Powder coating will help match the appearance of the vehicle, but it is not a show car finish by any means.
Our 12' long roof cargo or ladder rack fits Dodge, Freightliner and Mercedes Sprinter vans with 144" wheelbase. The 14' rack fit Sprinter 170" wheelbase and has a large 750 lb. load rating.

Mounting requires the OEM mounting channels shipped on most Sprinter cargo vans or if needed, available from Sprinter Parts Depot. Rack breaks down for easy shipping. All hardware is cadmium plated and included. 12' roof racks weights 95 lbs, 14' rack weights 110 lbs.
*Occasionally, due to changes in aerodynamics caused by the installation of ladder racks, some vibration may occur. This can happen with any ladder rack and is not predictable. If you experience this problem, slightly re-positioning the rack on your vehicle should help to eliminate the vibration.
These are commercial grade racks that will outlast the vehicles that they are mounted to.

Easy to put together. nice fit onto roof. very sturdy. Unless you want a one piece rack that'll cost way more than this, I would recommend.

We had order this product in black powder coat and all was good but the cross bars where just galvanized, not power coated. this was not and issue to us but never the less I wanted to let them know that the box was miss labeled. two days later, a box is delivered to my house with the corrected parts. I an vary pleased with the service and the product itself. I will be using Sprinter Parts Depot for more product in the future.
Rack review
The rack was fairly easy to install by myself. It is rugged and appears well manufactured. I suggest making it a two person job.
Very nice rack
Shipped nicely wrapped, 3 boxes, put together on the ground behind my van, was able to adjust the horizontal pipes to miss my ac and vent fan and still have loads of room for my solar panels. Looks great. I put an 1 1/4 “ pvc pipe on the last bar for rolling large items on an off easily, fit perfectly. It didn’t come with the roof rail threaded plates. I emailed them and received them the next day Air. Very happy.
